I stayed in a Triple Room for 3 nights. The room was cozy and clean, reminding me of a little island bungalow. The AC worked well, which is great for the heat. There’s a nice big bathroom with a shower/tub combo. I loved the fresh fruit and drinks in the fridge. Overall, the space felt bright with windows letting in lots of light, though it was a bit smaller than some hotels. Plenty of hot water in the shower made for a relaxing stay.

The hotel is a charming oasis in
the bustling Zona Colonial. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, and Ramón went out of his way to ensure a comfortable stay. However, I found the room slightly smaller than expected. Overall, it’s a lovely place to unwind after exploring.

Amazing air conditioner in the room.
During my stay, I faced a lot of issues. Additionally, the breakfast delivery was overly complicated, and some food was undercooked. I expected a relaxing experience, but these problems really overshadowed my time here.
